Shipping:

All items purchased on CD-Keys Direct are delivered via email to both the email address belonging to the registered customer and also the PayPal email address. Items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase but usually within a few hours of payment, depending on the geographic location of the purchase.

We have also started shipping game boxes worldwide.Please remember that shipping takes like 6-15 days for USA,UK and Australia.Rest of world including EU countries and South American Countries will get the box within 10-30 days depending upon the location and the custom clearance policies of the respective countries.

In case the parcel or shipment is lost in transit then we will not be responsible for it unless you have selected delivery option with insurance.We always recommend getting insurance for your shipments as it gives you peace of mind for only 2$

Returns:

In the case that there happens to be a problem with your purchased item (which is very rare), we will investigate the issue and replace the item. In the case that a replacement is not available, or the timeframe for doing so is deemed unacceptable, we will offer a store credit or full refund to your PayPal or Banking institiution. We do not accept refunds based on change of mind since CD-Keys can only be sold to one customer.

For physical goods we do not accept returns unless we have delivered the wrong product in which case we will reissue the correct item and shipping will be on us.
