If your order status is changed from Awaiting Fullfillment to Completed/Shipped then it means your cdkey has been emailed and associated to your Cdkeysdirect from where you can retreive your cdkey.

Step 1   

Go to your Cdkeysdirect account then click on Completed Orders and then click on View Activation Code to retrieve your cdkey
